Thanksgiving at Disney





While Disney doesn't have any special decorations or events for Thanksgiving, many of you will find yourself visiting either Disneyland or Disney World during that time.  The Christmas Decor will already be up and a festive mood all around.  But what to do on Thanksgiving?  That soon to be forgotten Holiday?  Well Disney does what Disney does best for Thanksgiving, food.  Here are a list of restaurants with Special Menu's for the day.

Disneyland

The main meal is served at Disneyland Hotel Grand Ballroom has a character Thanksgiving meal from noon to 6pm.  Meet Minnie, Chip & Dale and other Disney favorites.  Cost is $73.99 for adults and $21.99 for children.  Also serving traditional Thanksgiving fare are:

  • Ariel's Grotto
  • Wine Country Trattoria
  • Napa Rose
  • Goofy's Kitchen

For something different try the Thanksgiving crepes at Cafe Orleans or a turkey shaped bread loaf at Boudin Bakery.  Don't have a reservation?  Head over to Flo's V-8 Cafe for Herb Roasted Turkey Dinner.

Don't have a reservation?  Check out Sunshine Seasons at Epcot for traditional Thanksgiving fare.  The resort restaurants will also have special Thanksgiving menu's and may not be as crowded.  On the run?  Grab a turkey leg and some pumpkin desserts at all the parks and have some family fun!
